Speed Concepts makes every effort to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. Most in-stock items are shipped to you as quickly as we can process the order. Transit times vary from 5 to 7 business days depending on the shipping carrier. If you wish to estimate how quickly your package is going to arrive, please remember to take into consideration the number of days required for Speed Concepts to process your order in addition to the number of days required for your shipping carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, to deliver your package. Shipping Rates & Policies
Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We shall not be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery addresses given to us at the time of your order. We will only ship to the Mainland Continental US. We will gladly ship your purchase to a family member or friend in the Mainland Continental US via the brown truck (UPS). All delivery charges on our site are based on Ground delivery in the continental states. Hawaii orders are extra. Please inquire with us by phone or e-mail on whether we deliver to your country or island before you place an order online. We have select parts that can be shipped to Canada. Please inquire with us on those items.
Speed Concepts offers a 15 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee based on manufacturer return policies otherwise all purchases are final. No product will be accepted as a return without a Return Authorization (RA). Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, UNINSTALLED OR UN-MOUNTED with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals &am[; accessories. Certain products cannot be returned after removal from the packaging, whether installed or not. (e.g. Some centercaps fall in this category). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. Speed Concepts recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Defective or Warranty Products
Will be accepted for credit, replacement, exchange within 15 days with reference to the return policy above. Some manufacturers do not offer a warranty on ANY of their parts since their parts are built to be used and abused in performance/racing applications. All parts sold by Speed concepts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims or exchanges. We offer no warranties on any parts, and none are implied. As a result of this, parts are sold "as is" with no warranty. We may offer an exchange on parts that arrive damaged at the time of delivery by the shipping courier, however all following concerns after receipt or installation are addressed by the manufacturer. (note: all Ford Racing Performance Parts [FRPP] do not come with a warranty of ANY sort or form)
Due to damaged/lost products/package problems with USPS (US postal service) including difficulty getting claims/damage insured products reimbursed, we do not offer shipments to APO addresses. We will only ship to the Mainland Continental US. We will gladly ship your purchase to a family member or friend in the Mainland Continental US via the brown truck (UPS), so that they may re-ship to your APO address though USPS at their own risk.
All attempts to purchase merchandise from us in a fraudulent manner will be reported to your local authorities including all Federal agencies.
