Speed Concepts offers a 15 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee based on manufacturer return policies otherwise all purchases are final. No product will be accepted as a return without a Return Authorization (RA). Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, UNINSTALLED OR UN-MOUNTED with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals &am[; accessories. Certain products cannot be returned after removal from the packaging, whether installed or not. (e.g. Some center caps fall in this category). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. Speed Concepts recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
